The employee who came out to gather information for our quote (I can’t remember his name), was friendly and extremely helpful in finding a unit that fit our condo board rules. Upgraded our 14 year old Carrier that's suffered multiple leaks and failures to a new Trane two stage with variable fan. Between quotes from 3 companies, Airdrie air was competitive with multiple brands to choose from. Sales representative and service tech were both very good to deal with. Granted, the furnace went in only 1 day ago, but overall happy with the process so far and don't have any reservations about using this company at all.

In all cases, the technicians were obviously not trying to upsell or make a buck - they were genuinely trying to help us solve our heating and cooling needs.I also LOVE that they send a photo of the technician before they arrive, so you can be sure the person on your front step is a real employee. Airdrie Air Ltd. came out in the middle of the night, assessed our out of commission furnace (-20 outside), figured out we needed a replacement part, set us up with space heaters so our pipes didnt freeze - and we didn't freeze! There are so many horror stories out there about how long it takes for service and how much it costs to fix this stuff. I've used Airdrie Air a few times now for my furnace needs for many reasons, I just keep going back to them for the good prices and amazing service without hesitation. My experience with Darren on Jan 12 was so positive and successful. It is such an incredibly frustrating and scary experience to have your furnace break down in the middle of a -40 cold snap. Sandy put me on the waitlist, and then called back almost immediately to tell me there was a cancellation. Darren called a mere hour later to tell me he was on his way. He fixed the issue and let me know my options to go forward. I had a quote that evening and he's made himself available to answer any follow up questions. Darren was the best part of a terrible day, a literal savior. If you make the choice to go with AA, AND YOU SHOULD, give these guys coffee and snacks for the road, they are working like madmen right now.

Update : This year my garage heater stopped working, and I finally decided to get my defunct humidifier replaced with a new one. Darren once again, knocked everything out of the park and got it all done within a week.
