Called Airdrie Air to come and look at my furnace upon a recommendation from a friend. Prior to Darren's arrival, I received both an email and text with his picture and a brief bio letting me know who I'm letting into my house!! That was an awesome touch!!Although I may not have been as diligent as I should have been regarding care of my furnace, I was not disrespected while interacting with Darren! He answered all my questions! Gave me insight as to what he was seeing, let me follow him and learn some stuff about furnaces!! Not enough to do this myself. But enough so I can take better care of the equipment and the occupants of the house!!Airdrie Air is now working on quotes for me so I may choose the best option for my residence!Thank you Airdrie Air for sending Darren!!

My wife and I recently had a furnace installed by Rob and his colleague, and they did an amazing job! Rob had to come back however as there was a deficiency in the original duct work in our home. Rob was able to mitigate the issue and our home is now more comfortable than it has been in 20 years. This is a company who employs staff that don't have the words "good enough" in their vocabulary. Came home to a cold house, and tried to fix our furnace myself and scrambled to find a company that would fix my furnace before it got really cold….i called around Calgary, and thankfully airdrie heating and air conditioning has 24 hr servicing.Our technician, clinton, was knowledgable and professional, starting with a phone call to help diagnose the issue and then a thorough onsite diagnosis and service…Clinton essentially gave our furnace a tune up at 9:30 at night. Very transparent and up front about costs, and informative about the reason for our furnace break down.A+++++++++

I had my furnace cr*p out on me and gave them a call. They sent over one of their experts in a timely manner. Harris was great and knowledgeable.The furnace was clogged and leaking water into the blower. I had recently moved in and did not know the status of the furnace but there was a live wire near where it was leaking and could have been a major problem but Harris figured everything out, stopped and cleaned the leak. Long story short.What could've been a major problem had it been ignored was rectified by Harris and I would 100% recommend and do business with Airdrie Air Ltd again.Thank you for the speedy service and affordable prices(which they are upfront about).
