(December 2021)Our furnace died Tuesday afternoon during a wicked cold snap. Airdrie Air had a tech (Clinton) out that evening to diagnose the issue. Dead blower motor. None in stock anywhere. Got a call from Patty @ Airdrie Air the next morning, long story short and a few phone calls later we went from manufacturer’s ETA of 6-8 weeks to receiving a new motor in 2 days. Clinton completed the replacement this Friday atternoon, and the furnace works great (and seems a little quieter too). I can’t recommend these guys enough for their follow-up and diligence in getting our heat restored in a timely fashion.(July 2022)Dave & Greg installed a new A/C unit for us. Despite being on site for much of the day, we hardly noticed them aside from the concrete drilling. Once the unit was set up and tested for performance, they walked us through everything — not just the A/C itself but also the modifications done to the furnace, all the new piping and wiring, as well as some basic maintenance tips. Again, a thorough quality job performed by Airdrie Air techs. We are happy to have them working on all our home heating and cooling & know that we are in good hands.

Darren is friendly and effective! Detail reports and checks all properly! Owner Jason is a good person. Some repair items are a bit pricey but you get 10% in 7 days’ acceptance. You can always shop around. But their service, installation and maintenance is of world class. Even the office is friendly specially Sandy! She organizes well!

I asked for technician Darren to check both our furnace and air conditioner because he was the contact person at my daughter’s home, recently, for the installation of an air conditioning system. I had met him then and found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He came to our home and checked everything out for us.
